1890 (27 Feb.) 1c. green reply card with reply half intact, to Holland, uprated with 2c rose, tied by Penang dumb obliterator (K10, more than 1 year later than recorded), with Penang c.d.s. at top left, overstruck by Amsterdam arrival c.d.s (31.3), slightly wrinkled at left otherwise fine
