1896 (16 May) 1c. green card to Belgium, uprated with 2c rose, tied by Singapore c.d.s., showing "ligne n/paq. fr. No.2" for 19 May, taken by "Saghalien" to Marseilles (12.6), Paris (13.6) and arrived at Bruges (14.6); very fine arrival
