A total of 3000 5c. cards were ordered by mistake at the same time as the 3c. blue cards. These were locally surcharged "four" by hand
1901 (11 Feb.) "four" in black on 5c reddish to Germany, uprated with 1c on 4c brown and 3c on 32c magenta paying the 3c postcard rate and 5c registration fee, tied by Singapore c.d.s, showing boxed Singapore registration h.s., with Steglitz (8.3). arrival c.d.s.; late usage. No message but very fine.
