A total of 3000 5c. cards were ordered by mistake at the same time as the 3c. blue cards. These were locally surcharged "four" by hand
1880 (4 Feb.) "four" in black on 5c reddish card to Germany, cancelled by Singapore dumb obliterator (K20) with "singapore/paid" c.d.s. in red alongside (PD10, nearly 10 months earlier than recorded); Hamburg (4.3) arrival c.d.s. on front; small tear repaired with tape at bottom right, otherwise fine.
