1959-63 Definitives, 1d. slate-purple, 3d. blue-green, 3½d. dark green, 4d. lake and 5d. deep blue (Type B) die proofs on white wove paper, each mounted in sunken card, fine. Eight or nine (3d.) die proofs were produced for presentation purposes. These are numbered "33", "27", "56", "39" and "16" respectively and were presented to Sir D.
