(Salles 1168), Calais entry d.s., handstruck "8" and, on reverse, "martinique" double-arc d.s. and London transit c.d.s.; 1861 (14 Sept.) mourning envelope (part of reverse cut away) from St. Pierre to France, showing despatch c.d.s. with framed "pd" and "colonies fra./cherbourg" double-ring d.s., both in red; and 1861 (26 Nov.) entire letter to Jamaica, showing manuscript "4", Kingston arrival c.d.s. (7.12) with, on reverse, Martinique and St. Thomas (29.11) double-arc datestamps
