1895 (2 Dec.) double rate envelope addressed in native script to Muscat, bearing ½a. blue-green, 2a. blue and 2½a. yellow-green, all with small second "z" and inverted "q" for "b" and cancelled with hatched-circle datestamps, Sea Post Office (16.12) and arrival (20.12) datestamps on reverse; a couple of stains towards top right and some fraying on right-hand edge though a rare three-colour franking.
