1847 (17 Oct.) envelope to a Captain with the 8th. Hussars at Cahir, redirected four times (Athlone, Ballincollig, Cork and Dublin) and endorsed "Not 7th. Hussars", rated 1, bearing 1841 1d. (minor faults) with margins nearly all round, tied by green Irish "23" in diamond of bars of Antrim and with a fine strike of a straight line "not known" (presumably Dublin), the reverse shows nine datestamps.
