1878 (6 July) double rate mourning envelope from Fingal "Via Brindisi" to England, bearing Chalon perf. 11½ 6d. bright violet pair and Sideface perf. 11½ 2d. green pair (one with small corner tear) each cancelled with superb strikes of "34" numeral and with fine despatch datestamp below, Launceston (7.7) and Bridgenorth (27.8) datestamps on reverse.
