Stone 3, Pane E, Setting 1 complete pane of one hundred with sheet margins at top and foot, cancelling bar added by printer, [10] with damaged corner letters, [10], [21] and [77] with substituted transfers, [33], [63], [73] and [91] with colourless flaws, [77] with legless "r", and column 10 with intermittent faint scratches, unused without gum; some surface faults prior to surcharging. Rare, being one of only two sheets known of Pane E Setting 1 surcharged for this issue
