1867-1928 a two volume scrapbook of the documents and cuttings relating to Frederick Schjoth. The collection commences with his letter of appointment as a fourth class clerk in 1867, this letter signed by Robert Hart over his seal as Inspector General of Customs, a 1903 letter accepting his retirement, a document of his Memo of Service showing his promotion route to Commissioner, serving in Amoy, Newchwang, Swatow, Canton, Chinkiang and other cities concluding in Ningpo; a wide selection of documents and letters relating to the service; some letters to and from Francis P. Knight on possible business transactions; Chinese Official documents including bestowal of a Civil Rank of the Third Degree, letters regarding the Mollendorff estate, 1856 lease for a house in Ningpo signed by Robert Hart as the Assistant in Charge, Sir Robert Hart's funeral booklet, 1908 two official Chinese I-Chan letters appointing Mr Schjoff and Chinese Consul, then Chinese Consul General in Christiania plus later menus, song sheets and other from his time back in Norway including letter from the Chinese Legation in London.

The second volume is devoted to The Imperial Special Mission to Norway including photographs of the digniaries His Excellency Tuan Fang, His Excellency Tai Hung Chi and Liu Jo Tsing, official and private photographs, post cards plus various memorabilia of their visit, official letters of this visit including a copy of his letter to Sir Robert Hart; photographs of the 1908 Lisbon delegates including photographs of Prince Chun and other dignitaries.
