1897 Diamond Jubilee, a rough sketch with 1892 ½d. vignette, cut as a diamond, placed in centre and the surrounds, as issued, sketched in ink, drawn on paper (97x150mm) with embossed Barbados seal at top; marked at foot "C.S.O. 28 April 97" followed by five sets of initials, and at upper right, "Do not put in all these little dots around the Scottish lion but leave space blank around it".
