1922 (21 Sept.) envelope registered to Arizona, redirected to Columbus and finally to Phoenix bearing 1916 8c. ultramarine block of four cancelled by Brunei c.d.s. with a second strike alongside and boxed registered handstamp plus strikes of Forwarded from Columbus, Ohio; the reverse with Labuan (23.9), Singapore, New York and the three other U.S. datestamps. An unusual cover which just overpays the postage and registration rate. Photo
