1954 card sheet (228x305mm.) headed "Designs For "Five Year Plan" Series Photogravure Stamps" and bearing "Photo Proofs" of eighteen values, fourteen as issued, the 6a. in small unissued format showing two women and ambulance, and 4r. in small format showing the Sindri Fertilizer Factory as used on the issued 5r.; card with minor creasing at foot and with tracing paper overlay damaged though a most unusual proof sheet
