1867-1941 mint collection (c.250) on New Imperial leaves filled to an impressive level of completion, including overprints on India to 32c. (missing 6c., 8c.), an extensive collection of other Victorian issues including a myriad of surcharged issues, notably 1880 surcharges (8) and 1867 values to 96c., KEVII complete to $5 values, lacking only the very high denomination values (the same is true for KGV and KGVI issues). Usual faults, particularly on the delicate and difficult early issues, with a couple regummed or without gum, still the vast majority fine and of attractive appearance. A.P.S.
