Treasury Series, an 'Anglo-French Treasury Note Wallet', produced by E.A.Hancock, of Abertillery, Wales, and consisting of two thick cardboard sheets, tied together with red, white and blue ribbon, printed with useful phrases in English and French, with an additional column showing how to pronounce the French,
roughly the same size as the treasury series second issue, a rare and fascinating survivor and 'Indispensable for the man on Active Service.'
