1789 (16 Jan.) entire letter from Grenada to London, rated "1/-" and showing, on reverse, fine "st 'kitts" handstamp (RL Type 4; crossed by recipient's notation) and arrival datestamp (20.3); also 1787 (24 Aug.) entire letter from Antigua to Dunse, written on board H.M.S. Triton, charged "1N6" and showing, on reverse, small part of a straight-line handstamp, most of it having been torn away. Both letters with interesting contents. Photo
