The imitations at the end of the Copenhagen volume of SCBI are listed with the reverse legends given in full without any interpretation, thus here we have eoldonoldvs. In other volumes of SCBI, including the cumulative index by Veronica Smart, the legend is broken in the obvious way, eold on oldvs. The names are not encountered anywhere else.
