1877 (26 Dec.) envelope from Irvine to Picton and wrongly addressed as being in "Prince Edward Island", bearing 2½d. rosy mauve Plate 8 pair (one defective) cancelled by "186" duplex with two further strikes alongside and showing a good strike of the very rare "missent-to/ch town p.e.i" handstamp, Charlotte Town and Picton datestamps on reverse.
