1865 (12 July) orange envelope (complete with letter headed "Vernon River") from Charlotte Town to George Town, sent unpaid and with a fine strike of the rare cursive "4" handstamp, P5 and arrival (P47) datestamps on reverse; envelope with faults though very rare with only four examples recorded of this due handstamp.
