NA clear to large margins, tied by two red Maltese Cross cancellations, contrary to Post Office instructions, to entire letter, dated 28 Aug. 1840, from Waterford to Dublin, dated markings on reverse; seal removed from reverse and replaced by plain paper. Filing folds clear of the adhesive. Scarce Irish usage
