1945 (19 Oct.) envelope bearing BMA 1c. black, 3c. green (2) and 8c. scarlet, all tied by "kukup" (Johore) c.d.s., addressed to Shanghai where sender was 'unknown', Shanghai post office label applied to reverse, Malayan "retour" and arrow, barred "return to sender/ undelivered for reasons stated" and assorted instructional markings applied.
