1986 Flowers 20c. 'Palm Oil', unmounted lower right corner block of thirty (5x6), misperforated at right, the final row of perforations applied diagonally leaving overlapping perforations at foot and two copies imperforate at right at the top. Faint toning though a striking and unusual error.
