6a. purple, the celebrated marginal strip of five from the left of the sheet with current number "204" and with traces of green separation lines at top, fresh colour and with large part original gum; the left-hand stamp with a crease and the middle stamp with a small surface mark below the neck, otherwise virtually free of the surface faults associated with this delicate stamp
A wonderful multiple and certainly the most important surviving mint multiple. Exceptionally rare and a famous showpiece with a wonderful provenance
