1860 (23 Apr.) envelope from Bareilly "Via Bombay & Marseilles" to Cardiff, bearing 4a. black in combination with 2a. yellow-buff both cancelled with diamond of bars and sharing manuscript "Stamped", boxed "india paid" at foot, and 1868 (Apr.) entire from Calcutta "via Bombay, Marseilles & United Kingdom" to New York, bearing 8a. carmine in combination with 1866 4a. green Die I (vertical crease) both cancelled "b/1" in blue and showing London Paid datestamp (4.5) and New York datestamp (18.5) alongside "3/cents" handstamp, all in red. An attractive pair of covers representing both values of this issue
