1949 (16 Dec.) envelope air mail registered from the British Consulate to the Isle of Man bearing handstamps on Silver Yuan on 5c. on $500, 10c. on $20,000 (4) and 50c. on $4000 tied by Tihwa c.d.s. with another strike alongside, Officially Sealed at foot, the labels tied by Canton (14.1) c.d.s. plus another Canton transit c.d.s. A little soiled but a valuable international cover showing acceptance by the U.K. for mail from communist held territory. Apparently underpaying postage 20c., registration 30c. and air mail 55c.
