1931 (4 July) large envelope registered to the Governor of Sinkiang, Jin Shuren, in Tihwa bearing, on the reverse, second Peking print 4c. pair with plate number in margin and 10c. (2) tied by Nanking c.d.s. with Tihwa arrival dated 1932 (11 Apr.) and fragment of the registration slip. The address side with manuscript registration number, manuscript "via Russia", and a faint strike of a large official seal. An interesting and important cover addressed to the Governor and taking about nine months for delivery. Photo
