1941 (10 Jan.) envelope to Sweden "par Urumchi" bearing, on the reverse, a colourful $10.80 franking tied by Sining dotted c.d.s., alongside there is a good strike of boxed, bilingual "received torn/at chengtu", there is a second strike on the address side along with "Recu à Moscou/en etat endomage/Employè" and further despatch c.d.s.; paper seal at side. The plane crashed between Sining and Chengtu. Photo
