1936 (31 Dec.) two similar covers registered to Tsinan, the first bearing 1924-36 6c. block of four cancelled by Tihwa (Urumtsi) c.d.s. with English date and red on white registration label with typed "Tihwa", the second envelope is identical except that it bears only two 6c. stamps. Addressed to G. Nordstrom who was a former post office master in Sinkiang. Clean and fine. Used on the last day of usage of the Junk issue stamps. (2 covers). Photo
