1931 (7 July) double weight cover, registered to Tihwa bearing, on the reverse, second Peking print 1c. (3), 4c. (3) and 10c. (5) tied by Tientsin c.d.s. with Tihwa arrival (5.8) alongside, a poor example of the Provincial censor seal type 6 and straight-line Manchouli censor handstamp in purple plus a fragment of the registration slip. The address side with a large part strike of the boxed registered handstamp, a good strike of Tahcheng bilingual c.d.s. (27.7) and straight-line handstamp via Russia. A good cover paying the new international rate 25c. plus 15c. and 25c. registration (introduced on 1st July). Transit time was 29 days. Photo
