(15.9), the reverse with Tahcheng bilingual c.d.s. and further Berlin c.d.s. (16.9). Paying 25c. postage and 25c. registration. Clean and fine. Photo

The rebellions in Sinkiang at this time drove many of the foreigners home. This resulted in a significant decrease in the volume of overseas mail, which are quite scarce from this period
