(4) tied by light strikes of Tihwa (Urumtsi) c.d.s. with Tahcheng (Tarbagatai - Chugutchak) foreign exchange transit c.d.s. (8.10) and Provincial censor seal type 6 (covering one of the 15c. adhesives); the manuscript registration number is on the address side. Vertical fold and some minor soiling. Paying the double rate of 25c. plus 15c. and double registration of 50c.; a good franking. Photo
