1930 (23 Apr.) red band envelope to Tihwa bearing 1924-36 3c. pair tied by Hoerhkwosze (Horgos) c.d.s. with a second strike alongside; the reverse with Suiting (24.4) and Tihwa arrival (1.5) with Provincial censor seal type 6 and the rare Hohsien censor label with a neat strike of the censor's handstamp. A fine and scarce cover. Photo

Horgos was an important exchange office for mail to Russia, the postmark is often found used in transit but very seldom seen cancelling stamps
