1928 (7 Sept.) large red band envelope double registered to Turfan bearing 1924-36 ½c. (4), 4c. and 10c. tied by Tihwa/Urumtsi c.d.s. bearing good strikes of the registration handstamp and large "AR", the reverse with Turfan English/Chinese c.d.s. and Provincial censor seal type 5. Some creasing and soiling and there is a lot of brushstroke writing on the cover, with a considerable amount on the reverse.
