(2, one cut on opening) tied by good strikes of Kuche English/Chinese c.d.s. with another strike alongside, the reverse with Tihwa transit (14.8) and Provincial censor seal type 5. A triple rate cover paying international 10c. plus two times 6c. A good cover from a member of the 1928-29 Sven Hedin expedition. Photo
