1926 (18 June) envelope registered to Lianchou in Kansu bearing 1916-19 20c. tied by Ningyuan Sin (Kuldja) c.d.s. with the boxed registered handstamp alongside, the reverse with further despatch and Tihwa (Urumtsi) transit (26.6) c.d.s. with English date (a scarce type) and fragment of the registration slip. The overprint on the adhesive is shifted to the right. A good single franking paying the international rate. Photo
