1923 (5 May) red band envelope to Peking bearing pair of 1916-19 5c. tied by Puerhtsinho English/Chinese c.d.s. and bearing, on the reverse, a fine strike of the despatch c.d.s., Tihwa (11.5) and Peking arrival (18.6) plus Provincial censor type 2 seal with square censor handstamps; a few age marks and the adhesives just overlap the edge of the envelope but paying the 10c. rate via Siberia without postal instruction.
