1922 (19 May) red band envelope double registered to Kalgan bearing, on the reverse, 1916-19 4c., 5c. and 20c. tied by Chenghwasze (Altai) c.d.s. with Tihwa (1.6), Peking (5.7) and Kalgan arrival (6.7) c.d.s. alongside; Provincial censor seal and a local censor seal, each with the censor's handstamp. A fine strike of the boxed registered handstamp is on the address side. An attractive three-colour franking paying 9c. to other provinces and 10c. each for double registration. Photo
