1916 (2 Mar.) red band envelope registered to New York City "via Tarcheng" bearing, on the reverse, 1915 2c., 8c. and 10c. tied by Tihwafu bilingual c.d.s. with the boxed registered handstamp alongside, Tahcheng bilingual c.d.s. (4.4), exchange office Russian P.O. Chuguchak (25.3) in blue, the address side, bearing handstruck "America" with Tokyo transit for 1918 (28.5), New York arrival (18.6); the cover with Russian censor seal and handstamp. Taking the eastbound route from Chuguchak, this cover took over two years to be delivered and makes a valuable companion with the previous lot. Photo
