1915 (11 Nov.) envelope double registered to the Russian Consul General in Shanghai bearing, on the reverse, 1915 10c. and 16c. tied by Tihwafu bilingual c.d.s. with fine strikes of "Tihwafu China" boxed registered handstamp and large "AR", with Peking and Shanghai English/Chinese c.d.s. and part Shanghai bilingual c.d.s. (26.12). A little roughly opened at side; a stunning and remarkable cover paying 6c. postage plus 10c. each for registration and acknowledgement of receipt. Photo
