1913 (2 Nov.) opened-out red band cover registered to Yangliutsin bearing, on the reverse, Waterlow 20c. tied by Tihwa c.d.s. with a second strike on the address side along with the boxed registration handstamp and handstruck "via Russia", Tientsin transit and Yangliutsin arrival (14.12); some soiling but a good cover bearing the international rate of 10c. plus 10c. registration and a scarce franking of a single 20c. stamp.
