1913 (22 Sept.) official cover double registered to Turfan bearing Statistical Dept. 5c. and Waterlow 3c. tied by Tihwa lunar c.d.s. and showing fair to good strikes of boxed registration handstamp and large "AR" with a further despatch c.d.s. and large red seal on the reverse. A few small age faults, a very collectable example of this rare mail. Photo
