1918 (29 May) large insured (for 500 roubles) envelope to Tientsin from the same correspondence bearing Arms 25k. (24) and, on the reverse, 20k. (2) paying the same 6r.40 rate; the stamps are cancelled by the type Ka-2b c.d.s. with another strike alongside and, on the reverse the despatch c.d.s. (14.6) and five red wax seals. These three envelopes were held for over two weeks before despatch. For some reason they were not sent with the despatch made on 6th June
