1907 (26 Oct.) opened-out greenish envelope registered to St. Petersburg bearing, on the reverse, pair of Arms 7k. well tied by a good strike of the type Ka-1 "kashgar kitaiskiya vladyeniya" c.d.s. in turquoise with the arrival c.d.s. alongside, the address side with a further despatch c.d.s. and the manuscript registration number. A rare and highly important cover, being the earliest recorded from the Russian Post Office in Kashgar and one of only two recorded in 1907. Photo
