1917 (13 Aug.) opened-out green envelope registered to Petrograd bearing, on the reverse, pair of 10k. on 7k. tied by a light strike of the type C3 c.d.s. with further strikes alongside and, on the front, red on white registration label CR1, with Russian censor seal and other handstamps paying 10k. plus 10k. registration.
