1900 (28 Mar.) red band envelope registered to Peking bearing, on the reverse, pair of 14k. tied by type K5A, code "1" c.d.s., with a further strike alongside and the Russian-type registration label KR2 plus Min Chu handstamp applied in Peking, the address side with despatch c.d.s. (29.3) and "troitskosavsk 4" transit c.d.s. (7.5). A fine, triple rate registered cover and early use of the registration label which was introduced in 1900
