(29.10) alongside; shows manuscript registration number. The address written in Russian and Uyghurian script. The postage fee is the same as domestic rate, 7k. plus 7k. registration. Przhevalsk is now called Karakol, the fourth largest city in Kyrgyzstan and is about 400 road miles from Kuldja
