Ernest Obee Coles served as a Postman in Great Yarmouth and was awarded his Medal in the London Gazette of 26 April 1960.

Bertie Jackson served as a Technical Officer in the Blackburn Telephone Area and was awarded his Medal in the London Gazette of 24 February 1956.
