Richard Forman Tomlinson died whilst serving in 'G' Battery of the Royal Horse Artillery. Aged 27, he was the son of Mrs. J. Tomlinson, of 62, Freehold Street, Loughborough, and husband of Mrs. Florence Emily Mary Tomlinson, of Clematis Cottage, Clifton, Abingdon, Berkshire; he is buried at Aveluy Wood Cemetery, north of Albert.

Florence Tomlinson served with the Q.M.A.A.C. and was entitled to the British War and Victory Medals (her MIC refers).

Percy R. Tomlinson served in France from 28 July 1915, latterly in the Tank Corps.
