French Offices in China exceptional mint & used holding, comprised of small individual collections as acquired by a collector with the intention of breaking them down for sale, all territories appear represented, a review yielding a valuable collection on old-time French album pages, a useful reference collection of Fournier forgeries of the Navigation & Commerce issues, specific groups of territories with Yunnan-Fou near complete from 1903-1908, Tchongking #1-16, 17-33, 51-67, Pak Hoi 1-16 (multiple sets), 17-33 (multiple sets), 34-51, Mongtseu missing only a few examples for completion from 1903-1908, Kwangchowan 1-16, 18-35, 36-52, 75-98, Hoi Hao 1/15 missing only 15c, 1f and 5f, 16-31 (multiple sets), 49-65, 67-83, Canton missing only a few examples between #1-81, as well as two balance lots with significant value from all areas of the Offices in China, some duplication, condition varies, with some small faults to be expected in a collection of this size, but much is fresh and fine , not often available with this degree of comprehensiveness, an exceptional holding of this desirable area.
